2010 Olympus U.S. Open Series

Begins August 1 on ESPN2.

Tennis fans will surely get their fill this month with five events from the 2010 Olympus U.S. Open Series airing on ESPN2 in August, including: L.A. Tennis Open (August 1), Legg Mason Classic (August 6-8), Rogers Masters (August 19-21), Western & Southern Financial Group Masters (August 20-22), culminating with the Pilot Pen (August 26-28).  Be sure to check your local guide and listing for details about times.

Little League World Series

Begins August 13; check locals listings for times and dates.

ESPN, ESPN2 and ABC will combine to offer extensive coverage of the Little League World Series from Williamsport, Pa., from August 13-29.    You'll want to check your local guide and listings for details, but all of the games will be available in HD, showcasing the stars of tomorrow in the world of baseball.  Regional winners will begin competing in the pool-play round on August 20.  ABC will televise live the International Championship August 28, at 3 pm ET/2 pm CT, and the U.S. Championship at 8 pm ET/7 pm CT.    The following day, ABC will also broadcast the Championship game at 3 pm ET/2 pm CT.

Little League Softball World Series

Begins August 17 at 7 pm ET/6 pm CT on ESPN2.

It's surely a sign that summer is drawing to a close as the kids hit the diamond one last time for these games!  ESPN2 will present live coverage of the semifinals and championship games of the Little League Softball World Series from Portland, Ore.  Look for the semifinal games on August 17, at 7 pm ET/6 pm CT and 9:30 pm ET/8:30 pm CT.  Then come back on August 18 at 7 pm ET/6 pm CT for the Championship game.

College GameDay Season Preview Special
